? How will it take to build my cabin
We allow 4-5 weeks from the day the deposit is paid to the delivery of your cabin. This gives you time to prepare and level the site. Construction times can vary depending on how busy we are, but we will keep you informed.
? How much deposit must I pay
We require 50% deposit in order to begin construction. The remaining amount is due the day prior or day of to delivery.
? What extra's can I add to my cabin
We offer a wide variety of options, including air conditioning, kitchens, bathrooms, laminate flooring, carpeting, additional windows, single doors and partition walls - there are multiple ways to customize your cabin. Be sure to let us know at the beginning of the process what you're trying to achieve, so we can offer advice around what's possible. You can also add external features such as pagola's, deck, verandah or planter boxes.
? What are your cabins made of
New Zealand has one of most unique and harsh environments on the globe. With Torrential rain, hail, gale force winds, snow and blistering droughts it puts anyone and anything to the test. This is why we religiously test our Cabins in these conditions to ensure that they will stand the test of time. Our Cabins are built up off a strong galvanized steel frame, the walls are 75mm thick insulated EPS Sandwich Panel which lock together in tongue and groove to brace the entire Cabin. The roof is colour steel to maximize longevity and waterproofing, all of our windows and doors have double glazed glass to help keep in warmth, with the frames being built from aluminum.

We back our Cabins %100 and are very proud to offer a 2 yr warranty on all parts and construction.
? Can I place my cabin in a difficult place
If your planning on putting your Cabin in a hard to reach spot, that's no worries. With the right preparation and planning most locations can be sorted. Our first option for hard to reach places is a Hi-Ab which is a small crane that can lift your cabin to it's desired location, or to a location that we can work from, i.e. over a fence or house and then pushed into place from there. If a Hi Ab is not possible we offer a flat pack version of the cabin. This can then be assembled piece by piece on site by our experienced builder, once the Cabin is built you can get your local electrician to wire in power, or we have contacts that can help with this process. However, remember once it's in - it's in. All building or electrical work and/or machinery hire will come at an additional cost, but we will take you through it at planning stage.
? What if I don't like the cabin once its built
Once its built and paid for, its yours, so please ensure you choose wisely and love the design before you order. We don't give refunds on cabins that have begun the construction process.
? Can I view a real life cabin
Yes you can. Just call Sam on 021 301 381 and he'll arrange a viewing for you.
? What do I do for Maintenance
Just like clearing your gutters out on your house or shed or putting chain lube on your bike, to ensure the maximum lifespan of a product maintenance is required every now and then. For our Cabins we recommend every 5 years you get yourself some silicon and re silicon the seams and any place that looks like water might find it's way in. This is just an insurance policy to ensure you never have any leaks or water problems whatsoever. If you live by the coast we also recommend every 5 years re coating the frame with a rust stopper or sealant that can be found in spray cans from Mitre 10 or Bunnings.
If you do a bit of maintenance every now and then not only will you maximize the lifespan of your Cabin but we're sure you'll will be pleasantly surprised how long your cabin will last and how much it can endure.
